Critical knowledge• Recent Ph. D. in physical/chemical sciencesCritical experience• Laboratory experience• Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design• Familiarity with emulsions, colloidal dispersions and surfactants/polymers• Familiarity with agronomy or bioassays a plusCritical technical, professional and personal capabilities• Team-oriented, good communication and inter-personal skills• Methods development aptitude and creativity
